Pausing Service

Millenicom clients using the Option 452 are able to suspend service (and not be billed) for up to 2 calendar months if client informs Millenicom using support@millenicom.com prior to the month they wish the account paused.

Client will automatically resume being charged after the 2nd calendar month unless the account is closed before that time. Client can resume service any time during the 2 month period, please note they will be required to pay for the entire calendar month they resume service.

Static IP

Millenicom clients using the Option 452 are able to subscribe to a static IP for an additional $10/month. Simply email support@millenicom.com to request this service.
